This can be used by just installing it on BungeeCord. CraftBukkit or Spigot are not required. It also works with vanilla servers, forge servers, sponge servers and any other server implementation.

Looks interesting. Unfortunately I currently don't have a lot of time available, but I'll definitely look into this when updating the plugin again.
