Installation documentation lacks detail #50

Documentation request
The current documentation mentions, "the supplied installers", but does not explain which file should be invoked to correctly install cgfs. For instance, if one invokes "make" first then it won't install any of the dependencies and will fail (first failure for me was on not having python3-virtualenv installed), requiring manual intervention.
Additionally, there is still an out of data pypi package; https://pypi.org/project/CodeGra.fs/
Clearer instructions on how to install would be appreciated
