Special Characters in Legend Labels Render as HTML Entities

Description

Visualizer incorrectly encodes special characters in column names when they appear as legend labels. For example:

S&P appears as S&P
"S&P" appears as "S&P"

Step-by-step reproduction instructions

1. Create a line or bar chart
2. Use a column name containing & such as S&P.
3. Check the legend in the rendered chart.
