i just downloaded and installed the plugin

Description

i downloaded the files and uploaded them to as directed inside visualizer folder. and when i activated the plugin it displays the error. attached in the screenshot

@qdanial130, could you share please from where have you downloaded the plugin and where exactly have you uploaded it?
Can you try installing it directly from the WordPress dashboard? It's a public public and available in WordPress search:

If you want to install it by uploading a file you can click Upload Plugin and upload the downloaded version of the plugin which can be found to download here: https://wordpress.org/plugins/visualizer/

In case there is a need for you to upload it manually to your server and you can't install it via dashboard, you need to extract the downloaded plugin files on your own machine, and you will need to find the /wp-content/plugins/ directory on your server where you need to upload it. Folder should be named /visualizer/ and all the files/other folders should be inside it.

If the error persists please check your server logs so see what the critical error says so we can understand the reason you are getting it.
