Generally it is not "wrong" from a sound perspective to notate a F3 here instead of a E#3. It's the same pitch. See Guitar Pro and MuseScore as comparison:
But generally you're right, for key signatures like this it would be better to place the note head differently. We should try to prioritize the placement according to diatonic scale. Thanks for filing an issue @Danielku15. One advantage is that if you set the accidentals ‘correctly’, there will be fewer accidentals and the notation will be clearer. BTW I don't know if you are familiar with this library, but it does this kind of thing really well: That might be inspiring for your project. |

In the F# major scale, the F should be an E#.
And in the Gb major scale, instead of a B (H), it should be a Cb.
Is there a workaround for this behavior?
