[FEATURE REQUEST] Support for Global Datapack Configuration

Hi @Commander07,

First off, thanks for your work on this mod! It's a great tool, and I appreciate the effort put into it.

I’d like to request a feature to support global datapack configuration. Currently, it seems like each datapack needs to be configured individually for each worlds, but having a global config option would allow for shared settings across multiple worlds, reducing redundancy and improving maintainability.

Suggested Implementation

• A global config folder that have all datapacks config folder/files similar to how YOSBR works.

This would help streamline workflows, especially in large modpacks. Let me know if this is something you'd consider, or if you need further details!
