[Feature/Bug?]: Make Star Crystal invincibility behavior consistent with vanilla Invincibility #80

Request Description

At least two vanilla invincibility behaviors (as in the Assist / Variant Mode invincibility) are not replicable with the Star Crystal.

  • Madeline does not ricochet off of walls while inside a dream block (instead going further until exiting the wall or reaching the edge of the screen, upon which all foreground tiles are turned off)

  • Madeline does not bounce off the bottom of the screen, instead sinking indefinitely downwards for as long as she is invincible

Some of these behaviors are implemented (such as entities voiding out if they would crush Madeline), so I'm unsure if it's somehow a bug, but I figured requesting it as a feature made more sense. I don't know if I'm missing any behaviors, but these are notable ones that are absent. A Lönn toggle for any maps that may depend on current behavior is probably also appreciated by any mappers that may have used it in the past.
