where can I find your net prototxt file?

I didn't see the files like following in your repo. Can you share them ?

Sorry, for the late response.
The code in the ipynb creates the prototxt at runtime, the gen_network() and gen_solver() functions do that at runtime. I prefer defining the network this way over manually generated .prototxt since it's easier to brew a network especially with more complex or repeating structures.
