Importing a PBIX that uses a app datasource to an app

This worked great to publish a pbix with a imported dataset directly to my workspace. I am trying to figure out how to publish a PBIX to an existing App that is using a datasource that is already published to that same APP Workspace. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
