Schedule import ignores new data on existing sections

When the import procedure is run on a term that has already been imported in the past, it is expected that the data for sections that were already known will be updated. However, the import procedure currently ignores these sections, rather than updating their information.

Updating of data is necessary when updating the schedule for a term since sections are periodically updated with new instructors, meeting locations, and other information.
