The current UI presents a number of issues:
- the (meta-)relations panel often covers up selected score items;
- the left-side app controls may overlap with each other when expanded;
- the actions panel ("new layer," etc.) is too small to accommodate all its buttons, thus requiring scrolling in several cases.
