[BUG] Android - Identity - Name cannot be opened immediately after setting it as primary

Setting a Primary Username in the Identity module causes that name to no longer open when tapped.

1. Launch Engram 0.5.2 on Android 13 (Pixel 4 XL)
2. Login to an existing wallet w/ registered names
3. Select 'Identity' module
4. Tap a name to open it
5. Tap 'Set Primary Username'
6. Tap to open the same name

RESULT: Name does not open when tapped

EXPECTED: Name opens when tapped
