CV output scaling incorrect

Description

• The CV being output through my physical soundcard (ES-9) is consistently 10 times higher then what is being displayed inside cardinal. I output 0.16V via midi V/Oct (inside cardinal) and my physical soundcard is outputting 1.6V (measured with a real physical scope)

• I can mitigate the issue by scaling CV to 0.1, but that is not ideal for patches with lots of CV.

• this issue does not exist in VCV rack, there the same setup works flawlessly.

• weirdly enough, when attaching a software scope, I can see that VCV rack outputs 0.066 when it says 0.66V inside vcvrack and cardinal outputs 0.66 when doing the same.. But in the real world it seems to translate correct for VCVrack and incorrect for cardinal.
