title isn't removed in some cases

**Describe the bug**
The title isn't removed from the post

**To Reproduce**
1. Make a post .Rmd
2. Have the tile include a fullstop (and maybe other special characters like ?)
3. Post the file

**Expected behavior**
The post has a title

**Additional context**
Probably an issue with the fairly basic regex being used now.
