Add in-game commands to add items to the item list

I have to add in-game admin command to add items to the item list.
I expect many errors originating from failed spacing or bad names.

Perhaps a command to show what is available to purchase as well and for how much? This way it will make it easier for people to find out prices and such :P

@JamesTalon /vrbuyitemlist will do that for you. You can use /vrhelp to see all the commands.
