Welcome to codex-container. There is a lot going on and I could use some help.

Here is the high level plan for Fall work:

• Updated session handling and search for sessions
• Full builds and instructions for all service requirements (gnosis-crawl, transcription service, etc.)

Filling out the Fall 2025 epic with concrete deliverables:

• Sessions: persistent workers, resumable runs, searchable transcripts (stdout/events), and pinned sessions in the REPL.
• Scheduler: reliable trigger file watching in workspace, one-shot cleanup on success, logging of spawned codex argv/env, and visible errors.
• MCP tooling: configurable load via .codex-mcp.config; shared token handling across GitHub/nuts-news/SerpAPI; doc updates on env precedence.
• Service dependencies: documented builds/runbooks for gnosis-crawl/ocr/slackbot/radio with example envs and ports.
• Docs/UX: a single “getting started” path (PS1/bash), plus a “doctor” command to report tool availability and missing creds.
• CI: lightweight lint/build smoke tests for MCP tools and dependency images; guardrails to avoid stray venvs in workspace.

Quick checkpoint on the Fall epic items:

• Session search (Session Search #4) is implemented and now includes CLI rollout files + resume hints/log previews.
• Service builds/docs: transcription + callback + docdb/opensearch/instructor compose files exist, but gnosis-crawl/ocr/slackbot/radio still need turnkey builds (tracked in Builds for Service Dependencies #8).
• Env handling / token storage: env import + token config landed (.codex-container.toml, issue Decent Environment Handling #9) and CLI update/install flow improved (Fix Updates #6).

Remaining big rocks: finish the outstanding service Docker builds (#8), land BAML integration (#20), and tighten token/session storage (#2). Leaving this epic open until those sub-items close.

Outstanding items to wrap the Fall epic:

1. Service builds for gnosis- tools* (issue Builds for Service Dependencies #8) – need Docker/compose + docs for gnosis-crawl, gnosis-ocr, gnosis-slackbot, gnosis-radio similar to transcription.
2. BAML integration (issue Add BAML Support #20) – add the MCP server/CLI wrapper so Codex can run BAML projects, plus README examples.
3. Dedicated token storage (issue Implement dedicated token storage handling across sessions and directories #2) – provide a canonical token directory + CLI/MCP helpers to list/set/remove secrets.
4. Session tooling polish – session search is in place, but we still need CLI resume docs/examples for rollout files so the new hints are discoverable.

Once those four land we can close the epic.
