Make a MJPG point and click component

For many applications in DAQ we need a user to click on a location on a video stream and use the location of this click to move some underlying hardware. The classic example of this is an image showing the sample in a beamline and the user's click moving the sample so that the location of the click is in the beam.

Notes

• Videos are normally in MJPG format
• The click location should be posted to an API that actually does the movement (probably through BlueAPI)
• Video resolutions may change, the click location should probably be in fractions of image e.g. (0.5, 0.5) is image centre
