Use less tall logo as the profile pic #2

Context
This repository has the .profile/README.md that has a logo in it. The height is a bit much at the moment
Suggested solution
Use a different logo / banner image
Considered alternatives
Removing the image altogether in favour of the logo already being displayed as seen in the screenshot. However probably a banner will make for a more professional and inviting look.
