All message templates need to mention what causal pathway they relate to using has_causal_pathway key.

Some of the message templates are not used in MPOG trial like "Opportunity to Improve Peer Average" so they where never updated including the has_causal_pathway key. Those need to be updated so that if someone uses these message templates would not run into issues.
