Description
Generate data for 30DayReadmissionRate measure (Readmission-Ratting-01) with mean and goal being 13.3. Include performance data and comparator data. For comparators for this measure include Goal, Peer Average and Bottom 10 percentile.
👣 We need a new IRI for the new comparator (Bottom 10 percentile). Right now to be able to proceed with implementation and testing we temporarily use
