Using the Fluid Hatch to only insert Fluids #56

Right know, you can use the Fluid Hatch to both insert and take out Fluids from a Fluid Tank. In my opinion, that doesnt really make sense, since you cant do the same with the Item Hatch from vanilla Create. It would be nice to have a config where taking out Fluids using the Fluid Hatch would be a togglable option.
