Hi,
Recently a I tried to install the caper package via Conda, rather than via Pip, using the following command:
conda install -c conda-forge caper
Which is hosted on this page: https://anaconda.org/conda-forge/caper
I noticed that the caper package was extremely old on both the conda-forge and bioconda channels, and so some commands in the current documentation did not work.
Would it be possible to update the Conda channels to the latest version of Caper?
Thanks
