I have this debugger exception when I execute ESUGSetUp stop.

Steps to reproduce

• Download a Pharo 12 image
• Install Regis using the Metacello script from the README
• Execute ESUGSetUp start
• Execute 100 timesRepeat:[ ERTest generateDataForTest ] (populate the website)
• Then, execute ESUGSetUp stop
• You will see the exception.

After this, it is impossible to re-start or stop the website
