Port forcing inline pdf viewing to Lun3r/Hydra

Some pdf files will download instead of opening in the browser. In Firefox 103 they added the browser.download.open_pdf_attachments_inline option, which fixes this. This is to remind me to try backporting this to this, and maybe Mypal68 if I fork it too.
