Error 411 on using ApacheClient

Thanks for this project :)

I've been trying to use your HttpClientConnectionManager, but whenever I make a request, I get a '411 Content-Length not set'.

I can't even set the content-length manually because Apache Client complains.

Have you experienced this? Can you suggest a fix?
