Refactor data to be in machine readable format and auto-generate HTML out of it

Editing HTML manually is a hell. Table is already messed up for Japanese company, it's not easy for people to contribute and/or analyze.

I think it would be much nicer to have some YAML file as a source and simple CI with Python script or so to generate table out of it automatically. Thus it would be easy to enforce some basic rules, automatic "last update date" and simplify contributions and diffs a lot.

The benefit in this would also be that the table would be always in the correct alphabetical order. Right now, I mess up a lot with that too.

Let me expand a bit on how to complete this task:
0) Create YAML file with the data from our index.html

1. Create a Python/Kotlin/any other scripting language script that can parse YAML file into HTML code
2. Commit both script and YAML file
3. Set up https://github.com/features/actions to execute script and commit HTML file to the repository as a result
4. Reference new HTML file in the index.html

@vrfloppa isn't Travis dead nowadays? I think GitHub Actions with GH runners is the default choice for open source nowadays
