tello talent not conecting

hey great repo i work in a school looking to make it easier to program the tellos.
i cant seem to get your code to work with the tello talents or the upgrade kits for the old edu drones the led panel mostly works but it refuses to take off keeps saying command timed out same code works on the normal tello edu.

I'm currently on vacation, I'll try to reproduce the issue when I'm back home. Meanwhile, did you initialize SDK mode?

It works for me, with (and without) my upgrade kit.
If it still does not work for you, try the following:

• Check the battery before takeoff. It might just be that it's too low.
• Recalibrate the drone. (Use the Tello app)
• Let the drone cool off if it is too hot.
• And finally, make sure the floor is not uniform (looks the same), so the drone can stabilise itself.
