Feature request: an advancement tab

I would like if there was an advancement tab that shows all of the mob heads and you unlock the achievement once you get that head. Not necessary but would be nice for the players on my server collecting all mob heads. Probably doesn't need to include every tropical fish variant.

Actually, if you've seen anything else that adds a custom advancement tab (with plugins or datapacks) could you link it to me here? I'm not exactly sure how to do it (where to get started); hopefully it's possible without mods.
