Logs are dissociated from emails when Onyx.clear is called

Problem

When Log.info is called and logs are batched for upload, if Onyx.clear is called between the Log.info call and the batch log upload, then the email associated with the logs are lost, which prevents us from finding logs from signout bugs reliably.

Solution

Capture the email when Log.info is called, rather than when uploaded.
