Environment setup instructions

Hi, Can you please add the instructions to build the environment. I am currently trying to run following command 
```python egocvr_retrieval.py --evaluation global --model languagebind egovlpv2 --modalities visual text --text tfcvr``` 
and I am facing a lot of dependency mismatch issues.
