The Playoff Schedule doesn't update to reflect the need to replay ties

**Describe the bug**

In uschscmp_1 we had a tie in match 6. After the match was committed we needed to replay the tie match, but that doesn't appear on the Playoffs Schedule, even after a reload. It did appear in Match Control.
