MCU "mcu" unable to connect #8

I really need some help with my printer right now. I'm swapping in the new K series main board and toolhead board to my 2025 Creality K1C. I have a Raspberry Pi4 and installed the full Mainsail OS setup to it. The Fysetc instructions don't mention needing to manually copy any bin files to the SD card so I'm not sure if that is needed. I have a cartographer v4 but the USB is unplugged for now and so is the toolhead. I got the firmware to flash after several hours working with ChatGPT and flashing without the leave command so it stays in DFU mode until I reboot, but the mcu won't connect. Tried many different serial paths and permissions and all kinds of stuff. None of the serial paths I found show the MCU STM32H743 like I think it should. Not sure what to do next.
