Disable functionality if a message was posted

Can you disable sending of a message if the room is already fresh? If people are talking/bots are active, there is no need to send a message. It would be nice if that functionality was disabled in those cases.

Actually, that's a feature I thought of in the past. I'll implement a check if the latest message in the room was posted more than 24 hours ago before sending a message.
