Recursion limit of 50 reached without hitting a stop condition

Run it a couple of times with the minimal required api keys, and local ollama using llama3.2:1b for llm and qwen2.5vl for vlm. also tried oss-20b for the main llm.

each time it gets to this point:

then error in main log (below) and stops running.
