Update to node-forge 1.3.2

node-forge was updated to 1.3.2 by dependabot (#6123), but we still need to manually update lib files in extension/lib (https://github.com/FlowCrypt/flowcrypt-browser/tree/master/extension/lib).

README.md describes only creation of forge.js, but there is also forge.mjs which was added with manifest v3 migration, as I remember. Please update README.md with instructions on how build both these files, and also update forge.js and forge.mjs to 1.3.2.
