ForceCLI is not exporting "StandardValueSet". Why?

I was wondering why the export function is not downloading the StandardValueSet and many more while the Org Browser in the SFDX VSCode plugin lists them all. Is it just not implemented? Would like to download absolutely everything from the org using ForceCLI.
