Wrong input in text notes while using AnySoftKeyboard

Steps to reproduce the bug

1. Set AnySoftKeyboard as a default keyboard.
2. Write anything in a text note.

Expected behavior

I should be able to write a note without any problem. Whichever key I press, it should be added to the note.

Actual behavior

When I press the key, it repeats everything I wrote earlier with an added new character. For example, when I press "Abc", I get "AAbAbc".

Similar behavior happens while using backspace. If I've written "Abc", the first press of backspace results in "AbcAb", next with "AbcAbA".

Due to this bug, it's impossible to write notes using AnySoftKeyboard.

Additional information

• Fossify Notes 1.2.0 works fine.
• Bug doesn't appear in other similar apps.
• Checklists work fine.
• Other keyboards don't seem to have this problem. I've tested the following, and it works fine on them: SwiftKey, Gboard, HeliBoard, Fossify Keyboard.
• Now I'm forced to use other keyboard only for this app (hello Fossify Keyboard 🙃).
