Widget transparency can't be changed within the app

Steps to reproduce the bug

1. Add a Notes widget to a home screen
2. In the app: Settings > Customize widget colors
3. Drag/change the slider controlling the transparency of the widget

Expected behavior

Transparency of widget changed

Actual behavior

The transparency of the preview within the app does change, but the transparency of the actual widget does not.
(Outcome: Widget transparency can changed only once when adding the widget.)

I couldn't reproduce this. Is this only happening on Android 9?

@naveensingh I can reproduce only while having more than one widget from Fossify Notes.
