Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Interacting with the map on a high refresh-rate monitor is very jarring, as it only runs at 30 FPS.

The high input latency associated with low framerates also decreases productivity due to each interaction with the map taking longer than it should.

Describe the solution you'd like

The map should repaint at the refresh rate of the monitor it's currently on, or, if that's not technically viable, a maximum of 120 FPS.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Manually increasing the FPS in Config.xml is possible and works, but is an inefficient hack because it also increases the rate at which STROOP reads from the attached emulator (which slows both parties down).
