Describe the bug

A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

I have 2 chargers that I tested and both of them have issues one of them stops charging after 5 minutes on 140W mode, I have a usb c tester and I noticed that the charger still provides 28V but no current is flowing when this happens, on the 100W mode on this charger it randomly stops charging for a second and continues normally, the charger is an AOHI Youth 140W GaN. (I have also noticed that on this charger the voltage sometimes drops to 27V on 140W mode on full load I dont know if its related tho. Should still be in spec if I correctly found that the tolerance is +-5%? The larger voltage drop doesnt happen on the Baseus charger)

The other charger is an "Baseus EnerFill FH11 GaN Fast Charger 140W" it never starts charging it infinitely resets on both 100W mode and 140W mode.
I have tested both chargers with 3 different cables a ugreen 240W, anker 240W and a unitek 100W cable
On the older 03.07 bios both chargers behave normally

Operating System (please complete the following information):

Linux framework 6.19.4-2-cachyos SMP PREEMPT_DYNAMIC Fri, 27 Feb 2026 12:45:25 +0000 x86_64 GNU/Linux

I have also tested on fedora 43 and on linux-lts 6.18.14-2 kernel and the same issues happen on both

Additional context

The issue happens on all ports of the laptop
I dont have a dGPU connected
