Summary :‘List with interactive items, to move to content press F2’ is read twice for List and F2 use does not move to content.
The same issue is also reproducible via the list sample: https://ui5.sap.com/#/entity/sap.m.List/sample/sap.m.sample.ListSelection
The issue was able to reproduce it with native HTML as well with JAWS version: 2026.2602.49.
https://jsfiddle.net/hkjzq591/
Steps to reproduce:
- Tab into the first list item with Focus or Reading mode.
Observations: The issue is reproducible once you enter into the list.
Afterwards when you navigate with the arrow keys the redundant announcement of the aria-description of the “list” element would not be narrated.
This one seems like a JAWS issue as it’s not reproducible with NVDA.
