double slash in URL

Actual behaviour

If the plugin is active, it generates a double slash in the image url, e.g. mydomain.com//media

Expected behaviour

There sould be just one slash

Steps to Reproduce?

just active the plugin, clear caches and open images in new tab, view the URL focus on //media
