SS2.1.2---MAXCHARNB does not exist at this time in my code. #4
Description
We need to create a means of a very large citation being accepted. By cutting the citation into two parts after a certain length (see MAXCHARNBR). This should not be set in the rfc, but should be set in the code that is being used for it, ie FLP/php.
