long runtime für simple CloseBrowser

Recently I discovered pretty long runtimes for a simple .CloswBrowser method call. I do not assume this to be an SeleniumVBA issue because the code is too simple to cause the problem. It started to occur recently so I guess it is stared with one version of Chrome / chromedriver but I do not know which one.
Has anybody made a similar observation ?

Just to explain a little bit more: the browser window closes quite quickly buit in the Task Manager I see the following related chrome.exe task entries which take a minute or so to vanish

BTW: chrome and chromedriver.exe are 135.0.7049.42, i. e. WebDriver manager works.

driver.CloseBrowser doesn't work in RemoteDebug Port 9222.
But it works if you use the following CDP

driver.ExecuteCDP "Browser.close"

I wasn't using remote port debugging.
However, it seems it is fixed in the meantime.
