plot and other tweaks #27
Description
Some of the plots need minor tweaks:
- Make M-test labels robust to overprinting if lots of bins are there
- Make model rate lines match empirical occurrence curves for each mag bin
- S test d3--different caption and color scheme should be the same for all config
- S test d3--CI intervals for each cell should be from config
Other things:
- Add a cfg option to print the date of the model run in the report
