Introduce a HttpBuilder debugger #15
Description
Its not always known why certain method handler are ignored and no service is build for it. Another problem is, that its quite difficult to know why certain requests are not handled by specific services.
Enabling the debugger must be easy and simple and the output should clarify why certain things doesn't work as expected.
