Authentication error after Exchange Extended Protection was enabled

After a company I use php-ews for enabled Extended Protection, authentication now fails.

Found this on jamesiarmes' version:

Could it be that garethp's version is also affected? How can we fix this?

Sadly no. No solution yet. We're trying a work-around now where we shortly disable Extended Protection when we want to sync :') and immediately turn it back on afterwards...

Maybe time to revisit with latest code in master?
