Api: Create embeddings for choosing the best pieces of text (Step 2) #54
We need to choose the best piesce of text of a specific section, for doing this we wanto to use the embeddings.
We wanto to use this repo https://github.com/GenesiAI/OpenAI-API-dotnet.
The repo has a fuction that we can use to interface OpenApi embeddings
On every request the embeddings are generates. (Step: 3 cache this --> #55)
