FEATURE REQ: Qeusts Id in more places

Greetings Ghost,
I thought about extension the locations where you can add Quest ID to appear. I do think it will be nice places as it will point out the quests before you accept them.

First is when you mouse over a quest such as the image here:

The second place is in the quest description frame such as in the next image.

It is important to note the first one is less visible as some quests are going straight to quest description as not all npcs have gossip text or multi quests to offer, therefore won't show the option I wrote first.
