Compare existing ZIP crates

Recently, I started looking into the zip crate that is used by gix-archive. I am a bit concerned about the state of that crate. Since the new maintainer took over, API breaking changes are being done quite frequently without any compelling argument. It feels like stuff gets added and updated way too fast sometimes. Also, the recent addition of two AI coding agents (or whatever they are called) is "interesting" to say the least. I saw that there are two other ZIP crates that seem to be actively maintained.

1. rc-zip
2. rawzip

rawzip offers far greater speed according to their benchmarks (needs to be double checked), while rc-zip is a sans-io library that could help ease the async related code a bit.

For gitoxide's future, this should probably be looked into.

From the two alternatives, I thought rawzip had a great attitude and somehow, zero dependencies, so I went ahead and created https://github.com/copilot/tasks/pull/PR_kwDOCCL8X864fB5a?session_id=6e7f9561-faab-45d7-8449-e300223a06f6. If it's not visible to you there is a PR associated with it as well.

The PR here shows how RawZip can be used. The only disadvantage I could see is that it accepts paths only as UTF8 string, which won't work for everything Git could store. But I still think it's worth having, also because it's not the only archive format available to those who really have to archive very uncommon file paths.
